Job summary

Nelson Permanent Placements are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced 360 Operative to join a New Build Homes Site in Buxton (SK17).

Typically a crew of three (360 Operator and two Groundworkers) works across 60-70 plots, on Front End or Finishing Groundworks tasks. Applicants should have 2-3 years' experience and must provide their PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience operating a 360 excavator on residential/new build projects.
• PPE required: hard hat, hi-vis vest and safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavator on a New Build Homes Site in Buxton (SK17) as part of a Groundworks gang.
• Support front end or finishing groundworks tasks as needed.

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced 360 Operative (as part of a Front End or Finishing Groundworks Gang) to start on a New Build Homes Site in Buxton (SK17).

There are approx. 60-70 plots homes to work on (with 3 men in each gang consisting of a 360 Operative and 2 Groundworkers.

360 Excavator Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a 360 Excavator (within New Build Residential, Front End and Finishing settings)
• Your own PPE (a Hard Hat, Hi Vis Vest and Safety Boots).
