Job summary

Interaction Engineering is seeking an experienced 3–5 tonne Excavator Operator for a construction and groundwork project in Millerhill, Midlothian, Scotland. You will operate on-site with a valid CPCS or NPORS qualification and be paid CIS.

This contract role offers ongoing opportunities and support from the Interaction Recruitment team. A reliable, punctual operator with strong safety awareness is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS excavator operator qualification.
• Experience operating 3–5 tonne excavators.
• Solid understanding of site health and safety.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 3–5 tonne excavators on site.
• Carry out digging, trenching, levelling and general groundwork.
• Coordinate with groundworkers and other operatives to meet deadlines.
• Follow site drawings and instructions where required.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report defects.

Interaction Engineering

Interaction Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced 3–5 tonne Excavator Operator to join a construction and groundwork project. The successful candidate will have previous experience operating mini excavators safely and efficiently, along with a valid CPCS or NPORS qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking operator looking for ongoing contract work paid through CIS.

Key Responsibilities
