Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Schedule: M-F, 9AM- 5PM Pacific Time zone

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Brand Manager – Amazon to be the first internal hire on our Amazon team, working directly with leadership to scale our business across the US, UK, and Canada. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon operations, content optimization, and advertising execution, with a hands-on approach from Day 1. The ideal candidate has experience managing a $10M+ brand on Amazon and can drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Amazon Operations & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee FBA and FBM inventory, ensuring accurate forecasting, stock replenishment, and minimizing stockouts.
  • Optimize supply chain workflows to maintain high in-stock rates and prevent excess inventory.

Content Optimization & Listing Management:

  • Manage and enhance product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores for maximum conversion and SEO impact.
  • Ensure all content meets Amazon compliance and branding standards.

Advertising & Growth Strategy:

  • Execute and support PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to drive revenue growth.
  • Work with leadership to analyze ad performance, optimize budgets, and implement data-driven strategies.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion:

  • Identify and execute growth opportunities for new product launches, promotions, and cross-border expansion.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and category shifts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with supply chain, creative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of Amazon initiatives.
  • Report key performance metrics and insights to leadership, making data-backed recommendations.
Requirements
  • Experience managing a $10M+ brand on Amazon.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, with expertise in inventory, content, and advertising execution.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and international marketplaces (UK, CA).
  • Proficient in Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, or similar.
  • Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to manage operations while thinking strategically.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wearing multiple hats.
