Responsibilities

As a Store Host, you will be the first point of contact for every client, welcoming them into the store. You’ll set the tone for a confident, feel-good shopping experience while supporting the team in delivering standout service, the Kurt Geiger way.

  • Greet every client warmly, with confidence and kindness, creating an inviting and inclusive atmosphere
  • Direct clients to the right areas of the store, connecting them with the appropriate sales assistant to help shape seamless, personalised service journeys.
  • Offer refreshments, ensuring client feels appreciated and looked after
  • Support the store team by managing traffic flow and assisting during peak times
  • Stay curious and inspired — learn about new collections, campaign and brand stories, so you can speak with confidence
  • Be a proud brand ambassador and represent the Kurt Geiger values through polished presentation, energy, and integrity
Qualifications
  • A natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people
  • Passionate about creating warm, memorable client experiences
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or keyholder position in hospitality, retail, or service-led roles.
