We’re looking for a high performing individual to help shape delivery of outcomes across the West Midlands. As our Environment Planning and Engagement (EPE) Manager you will lead our Executive Coordination Management team and a high-quality Communication and Engagement service for the West Midlands Area and our customers. You will be focussed on the day-to-day running of our business ensuring we make the best use of our resources; understand how we’re delivering our priorities and can demonstrate we’re efficient and effective.

This role is fundamental to our whole Area Leadership Team, helping to drive integrations across our remit and our West Midlands culture. Your work will be conducted in a high-freedom environment that makes the people you work with fulfilled; focuses on health, safety and wellbeing; embraces inspirational leadership; and supports development.

We are fully committed to having an inclusive workforce to reflect the communities we serve. We welcome flexible working patterns for all our vacancies, including job share, so please include any information regarding your preferred working arrangements on your application.

As responding to incidents is a central part of what we do, you will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training and alternative working arrangements will be available to support you with your incident role.
