You'll be joining this major project at the start of the construction phase, with responsibilities including:

  • Oversight of the BTB project managers, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly understood
  • Providing technical expertise to support the team and embed best practice project management principles in change control, risk management and project governance

An ability and willingness to adapt and respond to the project's changing needs is essential. This is a rare opportunity to take a leading role in an iconic infrastructure scheme of regional significance.

The project will increase the level of flood risk protection to homes and businesses in Bridgwater and its surroundings, enhance nature and the local environment as well as be a stimulus for the local economy.

The Team

We are the Project and Programme Management team, part of Flood and Coastal Risk Management (FCRM). We create a better place through excellence in project and programme management. Our award-winning team is at the heart of integrated project and programme delivery.
