Location: Peterborough
Shifts: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed (OT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair the Dufferin fleet of light-duty trucks and equipment at the Peterborough location, including ordering parts, removing, reworking, and installing engine and chassis components, and performing scheduled maintenance.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Reading electrical and hydraulic schematics is an asset.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of truck and heavy equipment operation.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and repair practices.
• Understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and air brake systems.
• Fabrication and welding skills.
• Experience with on- and off-road computer systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Full G License required.
• Valid 310T Certificate of Qualification.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
