Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a production operative in Mistley Heath for a temp-to-perm role within a leading food manufacturer. You will run production lines, assemble and pack goods, and ensure schedules are met on a fast-paced, rotating shift (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00).

Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety directives, keeping the area tidy, completing paperwork accurately, and performing Food Safety Quality Checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Run production lines at optimum speed and performance.
• Assemble and pack goods.
• Ensure schedules are met and production paperwork is accurate.
• Maintain health & safety directives and food regulations.
• Keep the production area clean and orderly.
• Carry out Food Safety Quality Checks and related paperwork.
