Job description

Production Fitters:
Our client is a large engineering firm looking to recruit semi-skilled strip down fitters to join the team.

We are looking for candidates with the right attitude, who want to learn and contribute to a team.

Candidates must have working experience in a Continuous Improvement environment & 5 S's.

You also need to be able to communicate effectively both in writing and orally and have experience using basic hand tools.

Strip Down Fitter:
The role operates on a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday.

The position is on a long-term temporary basis with the potential to lead to a permanent job.
All candidates will be expected to pass a drugs and alcohol test for the role.

Hours of Work: Rotating weeks.

1. Mornings: Monday to Thursday: 06.00 - 14.00 & Friday: 06.00 - 12.00.
2. Afternoons: Monday to Thursday: 14.00 - 22.00 & Friday: 12.00 - 18.00.
3. Nights: Monday to Thursday: 22.00 - 06.00 & Friday: 18.00 - midnight.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.

Candidates must pass a drugs & alcohol test before starting.
