Our Intern & Placement programme offers hands-on experience and skill development within your chosen field. Supported by targeted training, the programme aligns with Arcadis' core values, providing technical and personal growth opportunities. You will work on real projects with clients, gaining diverse experiences over 10-12 weeks or a 12-month placement.

As a Behaviour Change Management Consultant in our Business Advisory team, you will support clients facing challenges rooted in people and behaviors. You will design solutions and interventions that benefit people, profit, and the planet, combining expertise across sectors with a passion for behavioral science and change management.

You will support our Behavioural Change Unit within Strategy & Transformation, developing consulting skills through our Junior Consultants Academy and exploring other service areas like Digital Advisory, Asset Management, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Capital Programmes. You will contribute to project work and help expand our behavioural change propositions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Accepted degrees: BSc, BA, MSc, or MA in Behavioural Science-related fields such as Psychology, Sociology, Behavioural Science, or Economics
  • Working towards a relevant degree
  • Skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working is embraced where possible)
