Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Van Drivers to join our team on a temporary or temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading companies and gain valuable experience in the transport sector.

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 07:00 – 16:00

PAYE Rates:

• PAYE: £12.00 per hour
• Holiday accrual on top of the PAYE Rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making multi drop deliveries in a timely manner.
• Complete deliveries and collections as scheduled and/or requested.
• Ensure all goods are transported safely and securely.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Engage in manual handling when making deliveries (heavy lifting).
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to every client you deliver to.

Requirements:

• Valid B category and clean driving record (no DR, IN endorsements).
• No more than 6 points.
• Proven experience in a similar role desired.
• Good understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
