Job summary

Barker Ross are recruiting an experienced 3.5T Van Driver to join a busy client in Exeter. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Pay: £15.50 per hour, Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm.

Face-to-face multi-drop deliveries, loading/unloading, and completing delivery paperwork accurately. You will carry out daily vehicle checks and provide high levels of customer service, while working safely to delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence.
• No more than 6 penalty points (No DR, DD, IN or TT99 endorsements).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Physically fit for manual handling.

Pay: £15.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm

The Role

• Multi-drop deliveries across the local and surrounding areas
• Loading and unloading your vehicle
• Completing approximately 15-25 drops per day
• Providing excellent customer service
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Working safely and efficiently to delivery schedules
