STARK Group is seeking a 3.5t delivery driver for Minster Northampton to represent the company with professionalism and a customer‑focused approach. You will deliver building materials to customers, handle loading/unloading, and support branch and warehouse teams in a dynamic, people‑oriented environment.

Assistance with induction, progression, and a range of staff benefits is provided. The role requires a valid 3.5t licence and is well suited to dependable drivers seeking long‑term employment

Qualifications

• A valid 3.5t (Category B) licence.
• Multidrop experience is handy, but not a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers with a professional and friendly approach.
• Load and unload goods and support colleagues in the branch and warehouse as needed.
• Contribute to smooth daily operations and adapt to varying delivery routes and customer needs.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading and supporting team members in the branch and warehouse as and when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid 3.5t (Category B) licence
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
