Job summary

Minster, part of STARK Group, is seeking a 3.5T and Class 2 driver for Northampton to deliver building materials to customers with a professional and friendly approach. You will load and unload and support the branch and warehouse teams, with Moffett training provided for relief duties.

Working hours are typically 07:00–17:00, and the role includes a fully funded induction, a generous holiday entitlement, pension, life assurance, staff discounts, and opportunities for progression within STARK

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence required.
• CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card required.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers with a professional approach.
• Load and unload goods and support branch and warehouse teams.
• Operate as Class 2 Relief driver using Moffett to cover holiday and sickness.

What to expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading and supporting team members in the branch and warehouse as and when needed.

In addition, you will be the Class 2 Relief driver, operating the Moffett to cover holiday and sickness, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence


• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card


• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
