Job summary

Steer Staffing Ltd is recruiting for a 3.5 tonne Delivery Driver in Leeds. You will deliver customer orders to houses and offices, supported by a Driver’s Mate. Shifts are five days on, three days off, on a rotating basis, with two 30-minute breaks each day.

You must have a full UK driving licence with up to six points, the ability to handle heavy goods, and a clean DBS. Hours are 7:00–18:15, with overtime paid at time and a half after 45 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience within a similar role.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• The ability to handle heavy goods.
• A clean DBS

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-drop deliveries to customers' addresses and sites.
• Plan and follow a delivery route.
• Pre-call customers before arrival.
• Complete required paperwork and remove packaging from deliveries.
• Ensure correct products reach destinations on time.
