We're Hiring: Experienced Pipefitters for Summer Shutdown Project

Are you a skilled pipefitter looking for your next project? We are currently seeking two experienced Pipefitters for an upcoming temporary assignment in Leicester, beginning 7th July and running until early September. This role is ideal for those with a background in educational/commercial shutdown works, and a strong grasp of copper and stainless steel pipework.

About the Role:

As part of a dedicated shutdown team, you will be working on a school project during the summer holiday period. You'll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of copper and stainless steel pipework, working on pipe sizes down to 6 inches. All work will need to meet high safety and quality standards, particularly given the setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of copper and stainless steel pipework (6" and smaller)
• Working to specifications and site drawings
• Ensuring compliance with site safety standards
• Collaborating with other trades on-site
• Delivering work to high standards within tight deadlines

Requirements:

• CSCS Blue Card - Plumber or Pipefitter category
• Proven experience with stainless steel and copper pipework
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS Check with Child Barred List add-on (Essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
