Job description

We have 2 roles advertised for 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work (4-6 times a year), at our Circle Square buildings.

Job purpose: The General Maintenance Team Member supports multiple buildings by performing maintenance and caretaker duties to uphold high standards as part of our service to clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain presentation standards around entrances, grounds, and all common areas including showers, lifts, toilets, and corridors.
  • Open and lock buildings as required.
  • Support meeting rooms and serviced spaces by preparing rooms for customers.
  • Perform checks on vacant suites and maintain them to high standards.
  • Conduct PPMs such as fire testing, water temperature checks, and emergency lighting.
  • Ensure plant, equipment, and fabric are effective to deliver customer service and operational standards.
  • Complete regular building inspections and checks.
  • Monitor and complete maintenance jobs.
  • Respond to health and safety concerns immediately (training provided).
