Our client is seeking to appoint two passionate and motivated Early Career Teachers of Modern Foreign Languages (French and Spanish) to join their high-performing MFL department at a successful mixed all-through academy based in Ilford. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Early Career Teacher of MFL, your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4 (with the possibility of KS5 depending on experience and subject needs)
• Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that promote language proficiency and cultural understanding
• Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies to support all learners
• Participating in curriculum development and resource planning
• Creating a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Engaging in the school's ECT programme and CPD opportunities
• Contributing to pastoral duties and the wider life of the school

• Have a degree in a Modern Foreign Language or a closely related field
• Be able to teach both French and Spanish confidently at KS3 and KS4
