2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

Distribution Center Address: 504 Advantage Ave, Aberdeen, MD 21001

Starting Hourly Rate: $21.31, increasing to $21.73 at 6 months. The hourly max rate is $25.57. All employees start at the minimum rate.

• Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year
• Eligible for hourly incentives based on performance
• Pay and incentives are paid weekly

Work Schedule:

• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: Start at 3:00 PM, work until tasks are completed
• Tuesday: Start at 5:00 PM, work until tasks are completed
• Friday & Saturday: Off

Our warehouse staff is essential to our success, delivering seamless order processing and delivery. The role involves standing for 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in cold environments. No experience is required; we provide training. Performance-based pay allows you to increase earnings, with our selectors earning on average 122% of their base salary.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime
• Comfortable working in extreme cold or hot conditions
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Pass a drug test and background check
