Job summary

Röchling Automotive is seeking a Productions Team Lead for second shift at our Akron, OH location. You will lead and support production operators, ensure adherence to work instructions and quality standards, and participate in equipment changeovers and maintenance.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous improvement to boost productivity and product quality. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and proven leadership, communication, and

Qualifications

Minimum high school education; able to read and follow work instructions.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
Able to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support production operators in daily manufacturing activities.
Ensure work instructions, quality standards, and production requirements are followed.
Operate assembly equipment and molding machines as needed.
Monitor production processes and address quality or efficiency concerns.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Train and mentor new production operators.
Promote and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
