My Client is a leading specialist within the IT support industry and is currently looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician. With over 17 years of experience, they are ranked among the top 5% accredited Microsoft business service partners globally. They offer a wide range of IT Support services to ensure the smooth operation of clients' IT infrastructure and systems.

You will be an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician based in Crawley, West Sussex, capable of demonstrating your skills from the outset in a competitive and friendly team environment. The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license, as occasional client visits will be required. If you have a background focused on Microsoft technologies, that would be a significant advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Optional overtime available

Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
