About

We are working with a busy and growing organisation to support the recruitment of a 2nd Line Support Technician on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is based in their Carlisle office, with client site visits required (pool car provided).

Key Responsibilities for the 2nd Line Support Technician

1. Visiting client sites to install printers, Wi-Fi, and cables.
2. Providing onsite and remote 2nd line support via tickets and phone calls.
3. Building strong relationships with clients, becoming the main point of contact for support queries.
