We are working in partnership with one of our fantastic clients who are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support / Field Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
The client is ideally looking for someone with MSP experience. The successful candidate should have a strong technical background as well as soft skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
This role is within the IT engineering team and involves hybrid support, including onsite support, remote support, and installation services for SME customers. The successful candidate will rotate between these disciplines for both new and existing clients. The role is primarily based at the London office near Waterloo, where you will be part of the ServiceDesk team, serving as the single point of contact for all IT-related queries. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance of hardware, software, peripherals, and resolving IT issues.
