Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a 2nd Line Support Specialist to join their team in Guildford, England. The ideal candidate will have strong Active Directory skills, experience with SLA management, and service desk software. This is a permanent position requiring excellent communication skills and a commute to the Guildford area. Ideal for candidates looking to enhance their technical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Overview

Support, Help Desk, 2nd Line, AD, SCCM, Intune, JIRA (or other service desk support software), SLA's, ITIL.

Permanent position only. You must be commutable to the Guildford area.

Responsibilities
  • Support users across the UK at the 2nd line level.
  • Work with SLA's and use service desk software as essential requirements.
  • Maintain technical skills around Active Directory (AD); some experience with Intune or SCCM for updates and builds is extremely beneficial.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication.
  • ITIL, 3rd line support knowledge is a bonus.
Requirements & Preferences
  • Experience with SLA management and service desk software.
  • Good AD skills; exposure to Intune or SCCM is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills.

Additional Details

To start ASAP, the roles are 4 days a week in the offices near Guildford, Surrey.
