What You Should Bring:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT and problem-solving skills in areas such as:
-- On-site router installations
-- Basic Firewall installation
-- SSL VPN configuration
-- Acronis backup setups and troubleshooting
-- Writing procedures
-- Monitoring alerts, network switches, and server alerts
-- Active Directory/Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint, Wi-Fi, UPS, NAS, Microsoft Intune
- Ability to work in a team and provide thoughtful input
- Well-organized with responsibility for assigned tasks
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and structured problem-solving approach
- Full UK Driving Licence

Additional Skills (Preferred):
- 2+ years supporting SMBs in outsourced IT
- Experience logging time on tickets

Role Specifics:
- Support SMB networks
- Support PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, Win11, Server 2012-2022)
- Office 365 maintenance, migration
- Support customer applications, manage DNS, email, IP phones
- Lead technical projects and develop IT strategies
- Exposure to tailored technologies and industry sectors
