Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Meraki and Cisco networks and VPNs.
• Support and automate M365 stack using PowerShell.
• Document fixes and contribute to problem management.
• Coordinate suppliers for project installations.

Problem-solving experience in a Service Desk environment
