DFS Group is hiring an IT Support Analyst in Doncaster to provide second-line technical support across the business. You’ll diagnose and resolve hardware, software and system issues, manage SLAs, and escalate complex problems where needed.

You’ll configure devices, support mobile work, maintain documentation, and contribute to IT projects and continuous service improvements in a busy retail/multi-site environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years in a 2nd Line IT Support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, M365, Google Workspace, AD and Group Policy.
• Experience with a busy IT support environment, retail or multi-site is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware, software and end-user issues.
• Configure and support laptops, desktops, printers, tablets and mobile devices.
• Support iOS and Android devices to enable productive work anywhere.
• Manage workload to meet SLAs and maintain ticket quality and docs.
• Escalate to 3rd line or vendors when needed and track resolutions.
• Maintain asset records and support audits and decommissioning.
