Job summary

An educational support company in Manchester is seeking a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support services primarily in educational environments. The successful candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory management, and hardware troubleshooting.   • Deliver IT support services including remote support.

2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst
  • Salary up to £28,000 pa

Based in Hulme, One Education is one of the largest education support companies in England. An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver IT support services on our behalf.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a fundamental understanding of servers and networking. It would be desirable if you also have experience of working in education as One Education supports in Primary and/or Secondary School environments, delivering remote support to customers as well as supporting a busy helpdesk.

This is an excellent opportunity, as the successful candidate will have the chance to work with our senior technical staff on installations and projects whilst benefiting from extensive training programmes to promote career development.
