Salary: £28,000 to £34,000

Location: Hitchin, Hybrid-Working

Driving License is Essential

Working for a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers a high quality IT Service to its client base, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all IT systems and networks, whilst performing regular checks to ensure the smooth functioning of such systems. You will also be responsible for improving current services and deploying new technologies.

Key Skills:

1. 2 years experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably within an internal environment.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
3. Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
4. Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
7. Strong communication and customer service skills.
