Parkfield Grange is a luxurious 80-bed residential and dementia care home located in Stourbridge.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic 2nd Chef to provide exceptional food service. Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, you will prepare, serve, and oversee the delivery of high-quality, freshly prepared meals sourced from local suppliers where possible. You will ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.

The role involves creating a fine dining experience with diverse menu options for residents and catering for private events. Our well-equipped kitchen offers a spacious environment for a dedicated professional.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of catering experience, preferably at Chef de Partie level, with NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative and fine dining cuisine, eager to contribute ideas, and open to further training and mentorship from the Head Chef.
