Parkfield Grange is a luxurious 80-bedded residential and dementia care home situated in Stourbridge.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic 2nd Chef to join our team. You will work from various menus created by the Head Chef, ensuring mealtimes are a highlight for our residents by preparing, ordering, and serving freshly cooked, appetizing food, primarily sourced from local suppliers, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.

The role involves providing a fine dining experience with diverse options for each meal, as well as catering for private events for residents.

Working in a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, you should be hardworking, professional, and reliable. Candidates should have at least 2 years of catering experience, ideally at Chef de Partie level, with NVQ 2/3 qualifications.

You should have a passion for working with the catering team, showcasing innovative, fine dining standards. The Head Chef will provide mentorship and further training, encouraging you to contribute ideas to the kitchen's menus and overall culinary offerings.
