Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 2.30pm, 35 hours per week, term time only

This role based at Co-Op Academy North Manchester sits within our Education division – catering for students. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious, fresh, and sustainable food for young people, supporting a healthy diet. Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues. Candidates shortlisted for this role will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including the Children's Barred List, and provide two suitable references.

What you’ll be doing…

As a 2nd Chef, you will have significant responsibility and opportunities to grow, becoming a key member of our team. You will ensure the food meets high standards, the kitchen is always clean and well-presented, and supplies are well-stocked.

  • Ensure the food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen and service area
  • Stay updated with menus and food offerings
  • Provide warm and friendly service
  • Follow COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 2.30pm, 35 hours per week, term time only
