2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer | Chorleywood, Herts | Full Time | £28,000 to £45,000 per year

Our client is a small but well-established Managed Service Provider delivering a comprehensive range of outsourced IT services to all types of organisations.

The business is growing at pace, and they are looking for enthusiastic, committed professionals to join their team in Chorleywood, Herts.

Are you the right person for the job?

• 3 years professional experience with M365 Technologies including Defender, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune
• Previous MSP experience
• A clear passion for technology
• Excellent written and spoken English, to 1st language standard
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude
• To live within reasonable commuting distance of Chorleywood, Herts
• A respectful, sociable outlook
• Dedication and commitment

What will your role look like?

• Work with the team to design, implement and support cloud solutions
• Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues
• Configure and deploy hardware, and networking equipment
• Manage relationships with third party vendors as required
• Troubleshoot technical issues, in person and remotely
• Set up and manage user subscriptions, accounts, permissions and settings across a wide array of cloud services
• Provide M365/Intune/Defender tenant implementation and administration
• Use PowerShell scripting (and other scripting languages)
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions
• Implement, manage and design security solutions including policy design & compliance management around frameworks such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials +
• Work with the team to continuously develop and improve our internal management and professional services systems
