Ark Victoria Academy is seeking a Geography specialist to undertake the role of Lead Practitioner of Geography and join our dedicated humanities department.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in our mission to provide every student with a high-quality education and meaningful choices. You will deliver rigorous, engaging lessons that promote achievement and foster a love of learning beyond the classroom.
As Lead Practitioner, you will support staff development through coaching and CPD, staying current with research and pedagogy, and undertaking additional CPD to lead effectively in your subject.
You will motivate students to achieve and exceed grades, aligning with Ark’s high standards and expectations, and demonstrating evidence of improving outcomes.
