Job summary

A leading maritime recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Second Engineer for a seasonal rotation on a ferry operating in the UK. The role requires at least 1 year at sea and various STCW certifications. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient engine room operations while onboard. This position involves 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off rotation, with mobilization starting on August 25th until around November.

Qualifications

  • All essential STCW certifications are required.

Overview

Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Second Engineer on behalf of their client Hebridean Island Cruises. Please note due to the itinerary of the vessel, all applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

This is a seasonal rotation of 4 weeks on/off, mobilising 25th August until around November.

Experience Required

You must have at least 1 year at sea as Second Engineer to be considered for the role.
