Mon to Thurs - 8am to 5pm, Fri - 8am to 4.30pm

We are currently looking for a 2D CAD Engineer/Estimator to work in a busy, expanding office environment for a Major Steel Company based in the heart of Dudley.

The candidate:

• Must have the ability to read engineering drawings and produce profile drawings using AutoCAD 2D software.
• Previous experience in an engineering background and/or working with Lantek software is advantageous but not essential.
• Preferably able to recognize material types such as S275, S355, CR4, 304, 316.
• Must be able to follow instructions and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrives working in a team in a busy office setting.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers.
