Job summary

Pilgrim Primary Academy, an inner-city primary within Reach South Academy Trust, is seeking a senior leader to set strategic and operational direction, drive school improvement and lead a large staff team. The post centres on safeguarding and pupil wellbeing, with ongoing professional development and collaboration with Trust leaders.

• Work closely with the Regional Director, Trust leaders, governors, families and external partners
