Job summary

NHS Lothian in Livingston is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant to support the preparation of food and the operation of kitchens, dining areas and related equipment. You will help with portions, serving meals and maintaining cleanliness across all dining spaces.

This role operates on a 7 on/7 off pattern with pro-rata salary. The post emphasises patient and visitor food service in a high-quality, person-centred environment and requires a flexible approach to shifts and teamwork.

Days, Weekends

This is a 12.95 hour 7 on 7 off post Lunch shift 11.45 3.30 shift starts Friday and finishes following Thursday, then 7 days off. weekly paid

Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.
