You will undertake a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician apprenticeship, gaining an Engineering qualification at Level 3.
Initially, you will attend full-time training at the University of Sheffield AMRC Training Centre until June 2026, returning to your workplace one Friday per month.
Subsequently, you will attend the training centre one day a week for knowledge studies, spending the remaining four days in Worcester learning machine maintenance for approximately 15 months.
In the third year, you will be field-based while completing your workplace competency qualification.
