Job summary

Denbighshire Direct Payments Support Team is seeking a live-in carer to support a disabled female at her home in north Denbighshire. The role covers a 24-hour shift with flexible hours negotiated at interview and extra hours for holiday/sickness cover.

Training is provided and 1x 24-hour shift is available. Responsibilities include meal prep, personal care, mobility support, and assistance with daily tasks, driving the mobility vehicle, and accompanying the client to appointments and social

Qualifications

• Full driving license required.
• References available upon request.
• Background in the care sector desired. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe meal preparation and provide daily domestic support.
• Accompany the individual to social activities, appointments and outings.
• Provide personal care, including night-time support and transfers using mobility aids when required.
• Ensure a safe environment and maintain health and safety at all times.
• Support the individual with computer skills and hobbies.
