Job summary

Search-Select LTD is recruiting for a Service Operation Centre (SOC) Support Technician to join a 24/7/365 team ensuring effective service assurance of core networks and systems. The role involves supporting multiple business areas including Customer Technology Services, Business Services and Network Services.

Shift pattern runs 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am. You will work with a proactive, team‑oriented approach, carry out incident handling under ITIL, and travel between buildings as required with a full

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English.
• CCNA qualification is a plus.
• 2+ years in a similar environment.
• Experience with ITIL Incident & Change Management.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 24/7/365 SOC team to ensure service assurance of core networks and systems.
• Support Customer Technology Services, Business Services and Network Services.
• Handle incidents and changes within ITIL framework.
• Maintain clear handoffs and incident transparency at shift changes.
• Travel to other buildings as required with a valid driving licence.
