Job summary

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a MHSI Hub Navigator to assess mental health referrals via telephone and guide individuals to appropriate support. You will join a multidisciplinary team, triaging referrals and supervising junior staff. Flexibility to cover day and night shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent; willingness to undertake additional qualifications.
• Recognised basic IT qualification (ECDL) or equivalent IT skills.

• Customer care/service or business administration qualification.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team, handling calls, enquiries and triage for referrals.
• Supervise Assistant MHSI Hub Navigators and support MH Practitioners to ensure high-quality service.
• Assist individuals with mental health needs to navigate health, social care and community services.
• Support a flexible 24/7 service operating 365 days a year.
