Selexa Life Sciences is exclusively partnered with a leading pharmaceutical giant to engage and recruit additional Maintenance Engineers. To help strengthen the site and technical capability, as well as support various production and manufacturing suites, we are looking for experienced Shift Maintenance Engineers to support manufacturing.

What You Will Do:

1. Be responsible for supporting a wide range of Maintenance Engineering activities across the site, ensuring a robust manufacturing facility.
2. Engage in problem-solving and lean techniques, identify root causes, and implement correct maintenance to reduce waste and improve maintenance practices.
3. Highlight good and bad practices, offer improvements, and complete documentation.
4. Ensure all personal activities are reliably closed on time, against targets such as PPMs, deviations, change controls, etc.

Required Key Skills:

• A strong standard of technical skills at HND level or higher, with a proven track record of delivering in a manufacturing environment.
• Multi-skilled experience with a strong understanding of electrical control and automation systems, e.g., PLC fault finding experience.
• Strong and demonstrable experience in reactive and proactive maintenance.
