Overview
Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata. An exciting opportunity has become available working within Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership North East Adult Mental Health Admin Team. The post is part-time at 18.5 hours per week, to be worked as follows: 09:00 – 12:45 Monday to Thursday; 09:00 – 12:30 Friday. Inchkeith House is roughly a 25-30 minute walk from Edinburgh City Centre and has very good public transport links for both buses and trams.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all callers and visitors to the service and support the daily smooth running of the site as part of an experienced admin team.
- Provide administrative support to multi-disciplinary clinicians and support workers in areas such as Psychology, Psychiatry, CMHT Nursing/OPD and the Thrive Welcome Team.
Qualifications and Skills
- The successful candidate should be highly motivated, organised and capable of multi-tasking with strong communication skills.
- Experience in a busy reception or customer service environment is preferred, but training will be given.
- A commitment to NHS Lothian Values and quality provision in healthcare is essential.
