A leading healthcare provider in Dumfries is seeking a Band 3 Clinical Healthcare Support Worker to join Midpark Hospital. The role involves providing high-quality clinical care under supervision and working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient support. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts. This position offers an opportunity to enhance patient care and work in a dynamic environment.
The opportunity has arisen to join Midpark Hospital Bank - Band 3 Clinical Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW).
Midpark Hospital is an 81 bedded Mental Health Hospital.
The post will involve working under supervision of a registered care professional and other members of the MDT to provide clinical care ensuring high standards are maintained enhancing patient care.
Excellent communication skills are paramount and you must be able to demonstrate that you possess the skills and abilities necessary to work effectively within a clinical team in order to support safe and effective care.
You will be expected to work a variety of shifts over 24 hours including weekends, adhering to HCSW Standards & Code of Conduct which are aligned with the NHS Education for Scotland HCSW Framework demonstrating Clinical Skills, Leadership, Facilitating learning and Service Improvement.
