Job Description:

NHS Dumfries and Galloway Transport Services are recruiting a part-time Transport Administrator. The role primarily involves working on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7 am to 4 pm, with flexibility to meet service needs.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Timely and accurate processing of invoices and orders
  2. Organizing daily office duties
  3. Being the first point of contact for the Transport department via phone and email
