Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Porter / Driver Supervisor to coordinate and deliver portering and driving services. This role includes managing a team of porters/drivers, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining vehicle management. Job Responsibilities
  1. Porter / Driver Supervisor: Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of a portering and driving service, including allocation of work to a team of porters/drivers.
  2. Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, with particular emphasis on vehicle management and safety.
  3. Vehicle Management: Manage commercial vehicles, including business continuity planning to ensure the provision of driving services.
  4. Portering Duties: Undertake portering duties to enable the effective and efficient delivery of quality services to the organization.
