Zusammenfassung

HRUC is seeking a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership across the college group, working with the CFO, Executive Management Team and Governing Body to secure financial sustainability and support growth.

The post holder will oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and statutory accounts, lead governance and commercial priorities, and ensure robust financial stewardship across all colleges including Uxbridge, Harrow and Richmond.

Qualifikationen

• CCAB-qualified accountant with strategic financial leadership experience.
• Experience in the Further Education sector.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and statutory accounts.
• Strong governance and commercial acumen.

We are seeking a Finance Director to join HRUC’s senior leadership community and Finance Executive Group, providing strategic financial leadership across the group. Working with the CFO, Executive Management Team and Governing Body, you will help secure financial sustainability, support commercial growth and deliver robust financial stewardship. The successful applicant will be a CCAB-qualified accountant, have experience of the Further Education sector and will lead the group’s financial management framework, oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and statutory accounts and provide strategic advice on capital, digital, governance and commercial priorities.
