Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the Diagnostics division to support the Diagnostics ICT Systems Support Manager in project delivery and ongoing support of clinical systems for NHS Dumfries and Galloway.

You will work closely with the Diagnostics ICT Support Manager, Laboratories and Radiology Service Managers and across all our stakeholders to support key operating systems which impacts the whole organisation, linking closely with key individuals throughout NHS Dumfries and Galloway. High levels of communication and organisation are essential.

This role will support the Diagnostics department and will be critical in ongoing delivering of Diagnostics ICT projects to the highest possible standards. Ability to train staff and deal with change effectively is essential for this post.

Experience within a healthcare environment coupled with an excellent understanding of IT is essential.

This post requires travel across the region and Scotland. The base for the post is Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary.
