NHS Lothian Pharmacy Services is recruiting an enthusiastic and highly motivated registered pharmacy technician to join our HEPMA team.
This role supports the safe and effective operation of the CMM HEPMA system within NHS Lothian and The State Hospital, utilizing a range of skills and knowledge. The post holder will provide first-line advice and support to staff using HEPMA, addressing user errors and technical issues. The role also involves supporting training needs across the service.
As part of a supportive team including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, analysts, and nurses, you will play an essential role in maintaining the HEPMA system to ensure safe and effective prescribing and medicines administration. The post may also involve assisting with benefits realisation projects. The base will be at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital with opportunities for hybrid working and sessional skill maintenance.
